On Jan. 31 around 8:41 p.m., officers received a call of shots fired on Rossi Court. Officers responded and found the victim, Ian Anya, 18, suffering from a gunshot wound.

Police learned that Anya was attending a gathering and was shot once. Officers immediately rendered medical assistance to Anya until the Hollister Fire Department and paramedics arrived.
