Abram M. “Ace” Lujan passed away in Burlingame, CA at the age of 77. He was born in La Mesa, NM and lived in Hollister for 63 years. He married his wife, Esther, in 1960 in Hollister and worked for Leatherback Industries for over 30 years. He was a member of Lirio Del Valle (Assembly of God) Church in Gilroy.
He is survived by his wife, Esther Lujan of Hollister, his chidlren, Abram Lujan Jr (Carmen) of Hollister, Steve Lujan (Norma( of Hollister and Donna Lujan Anthony (Brandon) of Hollister, his brothers and sisters, Ruth Castillo of Hollister, Victor Lujan Jr of West Virginia, Ruben Lujan of Newman, Eunice Sanchez of Indio, Peter Lujan of LaQunita and David Lujan of Hollister and hbis 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 2 siblings.
Friends can pay their respects on Thursday, March 1, 2018 after 1:00 PM at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home. A prayer services will be held at 6:00 PM at the funeral home. The funeral will be on Friday, March 2, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow the services at the IOOF Cemetery in Hollister.
