Monday night, the San Benito County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the 500 block of Bixby Road regarding an abandoned vehicle. While in the area, deputies happened upon a driver acting very suspicious and driving erratically.
Upon seeing the marked patrol car, the driver quickly pulled over and began to walk from the car toward another male.The deputies contacted both males and cited the driver of the car.
One male was found to be on probation and both were convicted felons.A compliance check of the area was conducted pursuant to probation and the following was located: “suspected” methamphetamine, “suspected” heroin, narcotics smoking pipe, “meth bong,” two (2) rifles, a Colt handgun, and a shotgun.
Both males were arrested without incident.
