San Benito County has been advised that the State of California is pending release of Stage 3 guidance for several sectors.
The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) has advised that there will be Stage 3 guidance released for several sectors, possibly today June 5, 2020. There will be statewide guidance released, as well as specifc guidance for counties with local variance, like San Benito County.
Our County Health Officer must review local data and approve the specific sectors opening. The effective date of implementation of the new guidance shall be no sooner than June 12, 2020.
The County will keep you appraised as further information develops and is released.
