Jeff DeVoe from Hawkins Group provided an update on a new shopping along the Highway 25 bypass at the Hollister Downtown Association quarterly breakfast Wednesday at Paine’s Restaurant. He could not mention two clothing stores by name – Ross and TJ Maxx – but acknowledged they’re on the marketing materials for a reason.
