A host of county officials from the November General Election will be sworn in Jan. 7, according to the county clerkâs office.
The swearing-in ceremony, where the officials will take the oath of office, is set for 10 a.m. Jan. 7 at the San Benito County Administration Building, 481 Fourth St., Hollister, confirmed Laura Hull, the assistant board clerk.
Elected officials sworn in that day will include such roles as the Districts 3 and 4 supervisor positions won by Peter Hernandez and Jim Gillio, Sheriff Darren Thompson, Omar Rodriguez as judge, District Attorney Candice Hooper and others elected in June or November.
