If you’re looking to experience the rural heritage of San Benito County, there’s just one day left for this year’s San Benito County Fair.
The county fair at Bolado Park in the Tres Pinos area started Thursday and runs through today.
Tickets for the fair are $10 for adults, $5 for youths 11 and under, and $7 for seniors age 62 and over. Parking is $5. A family pack for four people and parking is available for $35. For online tickets, go here.
The fair will include its signature livestock, poultry and vegetable judging along with plenty of vendors and booths promoting local organizations and people. Also today, there will be the carnival, always entertaining barnyard races, the Saddle Horse Museum, chainsaw carving, arm wrestling, a watercolor workshop, chain saw carving, a calf branding contest, Folklorico Juvenil, a mariachi group and more.
