In this episode of Cooking with Fish below, Hollister chef Mike Fisher explores the concept of “Happy to be Vegan.” Fisher serves up Late Harvest Vegetable Gazpacho, Fisher’s Signature Hummus and Charred Cauliflower. Fisher puts on the cooking demonstrations at Fisher’s Restaurant located at 650 San Benito St. in downtown Hollister on the first Monday of the month.
