Hollister Recreation has announced its first-ever Trick or Treat Street event for downtown Hollister.
The event will run from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Oct. 31, Halloween, in downtown Hollister. That will give families time to attend the special event and still do neighborhood trick or treating as well.
More than 30 downtown businesses will be participating in the festivities on San Benito Street. There will be music, a haunted house, costume contests and more.
For the costume contests, the age categories will be 0-3, 4-7, and 8-14.
