Hummus Heaven serves a variety of all-natural hummus products at the Hollister Farmers Market and gets to about 90 farmers markets per week, according to owner Omen Hussein, who interviews for the latest installment of Market Merchants, a partnership between San Benito Live and the Hollister Downtown Association.
