Hollister City Council members will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday to consider the following:
• Approve $68,705 for a park master plan environmental review.
• Approve subdivision improvement agreement for Allendale, a development with 279 single-family units and a minimum of 60 multi-family units.
• Approve plans for sealed bids for the Bella Vista Drive Drainage Improvement Project.
• Approve plans for the Aerostar Way sewer pipe upgrade project.
• Agreement with Long’s Custom Discing for weed and brush abatement.
• Authorize fire department to apply for SAFER grant staffing through the Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency and OK augmentation of nine firefighters to serve in the Hollister Fire Department.
• Authorize the fire chief to establish the position of administrative analyst in the department.
• Authorize fire chief to use a fraction of the vacant division chief role to establish a permanent operational battalion chief position.
• Approve a permit for Cura CA to operate a medical cannabis distribution facility at 1650 Lana Way.
• Authorize agreement with Prentice, Long & Epperson for city attorney services, and termination of an agreement with L&G/JRG Attorneys at Law.
• Authorize lease agreement for office space and storage at 211 Fifth St.
• Approve conditional cannabis use permit for Monterey Bay Alternative Medicine to operate a medical cannabis dispensary at 773 San Felipe Road.
• Ordinance regarding unlawful camping.
• Report on results for polling on a future sales tax measure to fund road improvements.
• Report regarding the mobile food ordinance.
