The Hollister Police Department lifted a brief lockdown at Calaveras School due to activity in the area.
Hollister Police Department School Resource Officers at about 12:30 p.m. ordered a lockdown for the Calaveras School on Buena Vista Road as a precaution due to a wanted suspect ground search.
Officers are on-scene for the safety of the students.
