Frank Silva passed away at his Mt. Vernon, Oregon residence on March 15th, 2018 at the age of 87.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 28th from 0930 to 1130 am at Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Funeral Home. A Mass of the Resurrection will begin at 1:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Church in Tres Pinos. Intombment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
A reception will be held at Paine’s Restaurant from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. following the services at Calvary Cemetery.
Donations are preferred to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital c/o the mortuary.
